Professional Therapy Staff

Aaron Lemon, PT, DPT

Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College in 2018 and then graduated from the University of South Dakota Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2021. His clinical interests are orthopedic, geriatric, and neurological patients. He also works with the Rock Steady Boxing Program at the Providence Wellness Center for individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He primarily treats patient at the Providence Medical Center Therapy Clinic in Wayne.

Amanda Heithold, PTA

Mandy graduated from Northeast Community College in 2005 with an associate of applied science degree as a physical therapist assistant. She is a lifelong resident of Wayne and her interests include geriatrics, orthopedics, and neurological rehabilitation. Mandy works at the Providence Medical Center Therapy Clinic in Wayne and Wakefield. She also provides physical therapy care to residents at the Wakefield Health Care Center.

Amy Bowers, PT, MPT

Amy is a graduate of the Physical Therapy program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, School of Allied Health. She is a lifelong resident of Wayne and began her work here at Providence Medical Center in 1995. Her interests include orthopedic rehab and geriatrics and looks forward to caring for all patient types and diagnoses. Amy provides patient care at the Providence Medical Center Therapy Clinics located and Wayne and Wakefield, and provides physical therapy care to residents at the Wakefield Health Care Center.

Andrea Blecke, PT, DPT, ATC

Director of Therapy Services. Andrea is originally from Wakefield, NE. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State College in 2000, Master of Physical Therapy from UNMC in 2003 and Doctor of Physical Therapy from UNMC in 2005. Andrea has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2001. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and aquatic therapy. Andrea provides physical therapy services at the Providence Medical Center Therapy Clinic in Wayne and is the primary PT for the Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome (AMPS) program.

Andrea Johnson, PT, DPT

Andrea is originally from Wakefield, NE. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State College in 2002, she attended Creighton University and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2005. Her interests include manual therapy, orthopedics, vestibular, and pediatric therapy. Andrea works at the Providence Laurel Therapy Clinic in Laurel, she provides physical therapy care to children through the Laurel-Concord school system and treats residents at Hillcrest Care Center.

Britni Nordhues, MS OTR/L

Britni received her Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State College in 2011 and completed her Master’s Degree of Occupational Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2013. Britni’s interests include orthopedics, hand therapy, and driving rehab. She provides inpatient and outpatient OT at Providence Medical Center in Wayne, treats residents of Wakefield Health Care Center, and is the primary OT of the Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome program (AMPS).

Dawn Addison-Corbit, PT, DPT

Dawn is a resident of Laurel, NE. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota in 1992 and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 from the University of South Dakota. Dawn’™s interests include orthopedics, geriatrics, vestibular, manual and aquatic therapy. Dawn provides services at the Laurel location as well as Hillcrest Care Center.

Jean Harrold-Loberg, PT

Jean is from Palmer, IA. She graduated from the University of Iowa and has enjoyed a career in physical therapy since 1984. Jean is certified in adult Neuro-Developmental Techniques. Her interests include balance/vestibular disorders and neurological patients. Jean is an expert in treating dizziness and treats patients at the Providence Medical Center Therapy Clinic in Wayne.

John Miller, PT, DPT

John is from Springfield, NE. He graduated from Creighton University in 2007. John has been working at Providence Physical Therapy since December 2015. He enjoys working with geriatrics and orthopedics. He is certified in the LSVT BIG program to help people with Parkinson’s disease normalize balance and mobility.

Kayla Korth, M.A, CCC-SLP

Kayla Korth, M.A, CCC-SLP received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from the University of South Dakota in 2011 and graduated in 2013 with a Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology. She has received and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competency, meeting the professional standards set aside by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Kayla maintains her Nebraska state license in speech-language pathology, meeting continuing education requirements on a regular basis. Her interests include speech production, receptive/expressive language, and swallowing.
Kayla formerly worked for Norfolk Public Schools serving children Kindergarten through 4th grade with speech-language disorders. She has also worked for Colonial Manor in Randolph on a PRN basis serving the geriatric population for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.

Kristine Hain, MOT, ORT/L

Kristine completed her Master of Occupational Therapy degree at College of Saint Mary in 2018. Her interests include geriatrics, orthopedics, hand therapy, caregiver/patient training, and in-home safety assessments. She provides inpatient, outpatient, and home health OT services in Wayne, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.

Michelle Thies, MS, OTR/L

Michelle graduated from Wayne State College and received her Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of South Dakota at Vermillion in 1995. Michelle is an MLD/CDT Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and her other special interests include pediatrics and hand therapy. Michelle is involved in inpatient rehab. Michelle works at the Wayne and Laurel locations, provides pediatric occupational therapy to local school students, and provides occupational therapy care to the residents at Hillcrest Care Center.

Molly Redden, PT, DPT

Molly received her Bachelor of Science degree from WSC in 2002 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy through the University of South Dakota in 2007. Molly is a lifelong resident of Wayne and her interests include orthopaedics, pediatrics and aquatic therapy. Molly provides physical therapy services at the Providence Medical Center Therapy Clinic in Wayne.

Morgan Ebberson, MOT, OTR/L

Morgan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Saint Mary and in 2014 completed a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the College of Saint Mary. Morgan’s clinical interests include orthopedics and hand rehab. Morgan provides occupational therapy services at the Wayne and Wakefield locations and treats residents at Wakefield Health Care Center and Hillcrest Care Center.

Samantha Koester, PTA

Samantha is originally from Allen, Nebraska. She attended Northeast Community College where she graduated with an Associates of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Samantha’s clinical interest include orthopedics, pediatrics, and aquatic rehabilitation. Samantha provides services through Providence Medical Center in Wayne, Laurel and Wakefield, as well as the Wakefield Health Care Center, and Hillcrest Care Center.
