Nutritional Counseling

Comprehensive Care for a Healthy Life

Nutrition counseling is an ongoing process in which a registered dietitian/nutritionist works with a patient to review his or her everyday diet and pinpoint areas where change is needed.

A registered dietitian works at Providence Medical Center 24 hours each week, helping to create plans for daily menus and providing nutritional counseling on an inpatient and outpatient basis. We offer specialized, science-based information that takes into account the patient’s lifestyle. Then, a tailored treatment plan is created to help our patients do everything they can to live a healthy life and eliminate or reduce the symptoms of their ailment.

Our kitchen and dining area welcome staff and visitors to take advantage of our delicious ‘home cooked’ meals.
