Body Sculpting

Define, sculpt and develop muscle tone and strength in all major muscle groups using free weights, stability balls, barbells, and your own body weight. Body Sculpting Classes focus on circuit training powered with cardio to keep your heart rate up and help you burn calories and typically end with a 15-minute core training session. Boost your metabolism by increasing your lean body mass, improve your bone density, and give yourself a sense of achievement!

Circuit Training

This is Blake’s take on Body Sculpting!  You’ll do a little more cardio and circuit style workout, going from one exercise to the next in a faster pace!

Easy Sculpting

This is a lighter version of our already popular Body Sculpting Class offering a low-impact strengthening workout for the Baby Boomer Population.

Fitness Boxing

Learn basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. Classes will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work (including heavy bag, aqua bag, target bags and speed bags) as well as core strengthening exercises and more!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is great for anyone at any level, specifically for those that are newer to Yoga or those that enjoy slowing down, breathing and interested in more of a gentle practice.  This class is a vinyasa style class, focusing on incorporating the breath into every movement, as we flow through movements, hold poses and focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.

Pilates Yoga Flow

Yoga and Pilates together giving you the best of both! You will strengthen muscles, improve balance, increase flexibility and coordination and decrease stress.

Power Yoga

This is Jason’s ‘Go-To’ workout, mixing strong poses and flowing movements.  If you are one of Jason’s regulars, this is your class you are used to!  It’s a higher pace, with lots of strength building holds, balance work and mobility, and Jason LOVES to work the core!  If you are looking for a faster pace Yoga class, this is your class!

Rock Steady Boxing

RSB is specifically for those with Parkinson’s Disease, and enables people with PD to fight their disease by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness programs that improve their quality of life. This class requires a Parkinson’s diagnosis and an evaluation with our coaches.

Saturday Stretch Yoga

Jason likes to take Saturday mornings as a chance to slow her normal pace down, hold stretches deeper and longer, pause to release and lengthen tight muscles and flow easier.  Start your weekend off right with a good Saturday morning stretch!

Senior Strength

**This class is FREE to members

An introductory strength training class designed specifically for the active older adult. Participants will be guided through a total body strength training circuit with dumbbells and bands. Warm-up and proper stretching techniques will be included. Look and feel better while increasing strength, improving bone density, and reducing body fat.

Tai Chi Maintenance

**Must complete Intro class prior to taking

Research has shown that people who complete the program are half as likely to fall and are less fearful about falling. This class is intended for adults aged 60 and older, and can be done sitting in a chair, standing behind a chair, or free standing. Learn balance skills, good body alignment, and eight sequential Tai Chi movements.

Yoga Sweat

This is a Hot Yoga, or ‘Heated’ Yoga class.  Heat is purifying, cleansing and healing.  Adding warmth prepares muscles and connective tissue for deeper stretches and facilitates perspiration, which serves to cleanse the body as well as clear the mind.  This class is a vinyasa-style class, meaning we will still incorporate breath in to every movement as we focus on alignment, but the temperature will be warmer and workouts will be more of a strengthening Flex and Flow, mixing strong standing postures and deep stretches to create your most functional body.  

**Don’t let the heat scare you away.  I use Infrared heaters to heat you up, so it’s a different type of heat!  Try it out**
