Power Yoga
This is Jason’s ‘Go-To’ workout, mixing strong poses and flowing movements. If you are one of Jason’s regulars, this is your class you are used to! It’s a higher pace, with lots of strength building holds, balance work and mobility, and Jason LOVES to work the core! If you are looking for a faster pace Yoga class, this is your class!
