Fitness Boxing

Learn basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. Classes will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work (including heavy bag, aqua bag, target bags and speed bags) as well as core strengthening exercises and more!
