Dr. Fahed received his medical degree from the Lebanese University of Beirut, Lebanon. He completed a residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Medical Oncology. Dr. Fahed is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the American College of Physicians.
