Providence Medical Center has been made aware that it was referenced in a recent KCAU news report
regarding hospital compliance with federal price transparency requirements.
Earlier this year, Providence Medical Center received a notification in April 2026 indicating potential noncompliance with certain technical aspects of the Hospital Price Transparency Rule. Upon receipt, the
organization immediately conducted a comprehensive internal review.
That review identified two non-functioning embedded links on the Providence Medical Center website.
While all required price transparency information has consistently been available and accessible to the
public, these embedded links—intended to route users from partner or external sites—were not working
as intended.
The issue was promptly corrected, and all links have been verified as fully operational. Providence
Medical Center is fully compliant with federal price transparency requirements.

information.”
