We welcome all nurses, physicians, social workers, medical assistants, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, respiratory therapists, paramedics/EMS, and other healthcare professions interested in learning more about how to cope with change.
Course Description:
Change is one thing that we all know is inevitable. How we choose to handle and manage the change can influence the outcome. This program will explore how to boost your resiliency to these changes.
Program Objectives:
- Identify the personal factors that influence reactions to change
- Recognize common reactions to change
