Define, sculpt and develop muscle tone and strength in all major muscle groups using free weights, stability balls, barbells, and your own body weight. Body Sculpting Classes focus on circuit training powered with cardio to keep your heart rate up and help you burn calories and typically end with a 15-minute core training session. Boost your metabolism by increasing your lean body mass, improve your bone density, and give yourself a sense of achievement!
