Celebrating 10 years of construction at Providence Medical Center
Wayne, NE— December 6th, 2024- A celebration was held at Providence Medical Center’s Wellness Center on December 6th. The hospital noted 10 years of construction throughout the facility, including the addition where the Wellness Center is located. Interim CED Nicole Haglund and Foundation and Marketing Director Sami Sheffler spoke to those in attendance and thanked the community for its support through all the projects. In addition, a portion of the Wellness Center was named the Randy Pedersen Rocky Steady Boxing Gym in honor of Pedersen’s work to bring the program to Wayne. Involved in the ribbon cutting were (left) Nicole Haglund, Steve Ausdemore, Richard Brandow, Melissa Graham, Jodi Pulfer, Kris Fox and Kirby Hall.
