Dr. Haskins attended Millard High School then the University of Nebraska Lincoln. He obtained his medical degree in 1979 from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, served an internship at the university’s Department of Internal Medicine and residency in the Department of Ophthalmology. In 1984 he moved to Fremont and founded the Fremont Eye Associates.

Dr. Haskins is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with interests in cataract surgery and glaucoma. He has outreach clinics in Blair, West Point, Pender and Wayne where he also performs cataract surgery.
